About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and flexible individual to join our Christmas Support Team. This is a temporary, seasonal opportunity that requires you to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer service at all times, ensuring customers have an enjoyable shopping experience
  • Support colleagues in maintaining a well-organized and visually appealing store environment
  • Work efficiently and effectively to achieve sales floor targets and support stockroom operations
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues and management to ensure seamless store operations

About You:

To succeed in this role, you should be a team player who is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. You will need to be flexible and adaptable, with a positive attitude and a passion for delivering excellent customer service.

We estimate the salary for this role to be around £11.50 per hour, based on the 7.5 hours per week shift pattern mentioned in the job description.
