Support Team Member

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Support Team Member to join our team at Planet Recruitment. As an HR Administrator, you will provide administrative support to the HR department, including managing our applicant tracking system, building a pipeline of passive candidates, and coordinating full recruitment responsibilities. You will also be responsible for administration tasks such as payroll, staff surveys, and training courses.
About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and organized individual to join our dynamic team. You will play a key role in supporting the employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding. You will also be responsible for general office duties, including ordering office supplies and ensuring the office is H&S compliant.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide administrative support to the HR department
* Manage our ATS (PeopleHR) to ensure candidates move through the application process
* Assist in building a pipeline of passive candidates and building ongoing relationships
* Coordinate full recruitment responsibilities, including confirming interviews and sharing with hiring managers
* Support the employee lifecycle, including onboarding and offboarding processes
* Administer payroll, staff surveys, and training courses
Requirements:
* 1-2 years of experience in an HR or administrative role
* Strong organizational and communication skills
* Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word
* Ability to work accurately and efficiently under pressure
