Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Business Development Manager to join our growing Partnerships Team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving growth and revenue through partnerships with trade associations, federations, and institutes.
Main Responsibilities:
The main responsibilities of this role include:
- Developing and executing business plans to drive growth and revenue through partnerships
- Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including trade associations, federations, and institutes
- Collaborating with internal teams to develop and implement effective business strategies
- Generating new business opportunities and driving sales growth
Key Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Strong business development skills, with experience in the insurance industry
- Proven track record of success in generating new business opportunities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders
- Collaborative approach, with ability to work effectively with internal teams
Compensation Package:
We offer a competitive salary of up to £70K (Negotiable, depending on experience), plus car allowance, lucrative quarterly bonus, and comprehensive company benefits package which includes substantial pension contributions.
