About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Team Leader to join our management team at Voyage Care. As a Team Leader, you will play a vital role in leading our rehabilitation service and ABI (Acquired Brain Injury) service in Ardwick.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and manage the day-to-day operations of the service, ensuring the highest standards of care and support are maintained.
  • Allocate shifts, book training, and induct new colleagues to ensure a smooth transition.
  • Conduct supervision and appraisals to support the development of colleagues.
  • Develop and update care plans to meet the individual needs of the people we support.
  • Manage medication, finances, and day-to-day operations of the service in the absence of the manager.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a care or social care setting.
  • A Level 3 qualification in Health and Social Care or a related field.
  • Experience working with individuals with autism, acquired brain injury, complex mental health needs, traumatic backgrounds, and challenging behaviors.
