Quality Assurance Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance (QA) Operator to join our team at Albert Bartlett, a leading food business in the UK.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure that all products meet the correct product specification and quality standards.
- Work closely with Production Operators to maintain quality as a top priority in daily tasks.
- Escalate any quality or food safety concerns to the relevant manager immediately.
- Conduct quality testing and sampling during and after production.
- Assist with BRC and customer audits, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
- Collaborate with the Quality Manager to develop and improve quality and technical systems in the production environment.
About the Role:
This is a full-time position with core working hours from Monday to Friday, with flexibility required for start and finish times.
The successful candidate will receive a competitive hourly rate, plus relevant shift allowance.
