About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team at Albert Bartlett. As a Quality Assurance Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct quality checks at production level to ensure products meet specifications
  • Work closely with production operators to ensure quality is a top priority
  • Evaluate and report any quality or food safety concerns to management
  • Assist with BRC and customer audits, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail
  • Collaborate with the Quality Manager to develop and implement quality and technical systems

Requirements:

  • Proven track record in a quality assurance or related role
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
