Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance (QA) Operator to join our team at Albert Bartlett, a leading food business in the UK. As a QA Operator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that all products meet the highest quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct quality assurance checks at production level to ensure products meet specifications
  • Collaborate with Production Operators to prioritize quality and safety in daily tasks
  • Escalate any quality or food safety concerns to the relevant manager immediately
  • Take samples during and after production, and conduct quality testing
  • Support BRC and customer audits with accuracy and attention to detail
  • Contribute to the development of quality and technical systems in the production environment

About the Role:

This is a full-time position with core working hours of Monday to Friday, 06:00-14:30 or 15:45-00:30. Flexibility with start and finish times is required.

Salary and Benefits:

The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary of £11.90 per hour, plus relevant shift allowance.
