Culinary Team Leader

We seek an exceptional Head of Culinary Services to join our team, someone with a passion for food and service, and a proven track record of delivering high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities
The Head of Culinary Services will work closely with the team to develop a great work relationship and provide exceptional customer service.
The ideal candidate will have excellent presentation, organisational, and communication skills, and be able to demonstrate a real passion for food and service.
- Create imaginative and nutritionally balanced menus that cater to diverse tastes, dietary preferences, and nutritional needs of our students, working closely with the Chef Manager.
- Lead a dynamic kitchen team by example, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and efficiency.
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the kitchen, ensuring high standards of food quality and service.
- Maintain strict adherence to health and safety regulations, ensuring a clean and organised kitchen environment.
- Help maintain budgets and stock control.
Requirements
Ideally, the successful candidate will have a City and Guild 706 1, 2, 3 or NVQ equivalent qualification, and a proven track record of holding a similar position for the past 2-3 years.
