Job Title: HR & Payroll Systems Administrator

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced HR Systems Administrator to join our team at Ntrinsic Consulting. As an HR Systems Administrator, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of our HR Payroll Systems, including Oracle and iTrent.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the HR Payroll Systems, ensuring smooth operation and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Provide excellent customer service to our clients, answering their queries and providing support.
  • Work closely with the Systems Team to support system upgrades, requests for change, and system enhancements.
  • Onboard new HR & Payroll customers, ensuring a seamless transition to our systems.
  • Travel to client sites as required to provide support and training.
  • Develop and present training materials and user guides to ensure our clients are fully utilizing our systems.
  • Administer the HR Payroll Portal, ensuring safe change and release of quarterly releases.
  • Configure new functionality and fix issues to the system.

Requirements:

  • Experience working with Oracle and iTrent, with a strong understanding of HR and Payroll processes.
  • Excellent command of MS Excel, with the ability to analyze and report on pension and payroll data.
  • English and Mathematics at GCSE Level or equivalent (Grades A-C Minimum only).
  • Good understanding of HR or Payroll policy, process, and experience of working within a HR/Payroll system.
  • Extensive and demonstrable experience in providing system administration support and development.
  • Analytical approach to problem solving and a good team player.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish good working relationships with internal and external customers.
  • Some experience of working in the public or education sector would be an advantage.
