As an HR Administrator at Aspens Services, you will play a vital role in supporting the HR Services Manager and the wider HR team. Your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional HR administration support to both the business and the HR Service Centre.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing a first-class customer service to employees and managers, triaging and escalating employment queries
- Supporting the employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding
- Completing HR administration tasks, such as processing new starters, checking returns of Right to Work, DBS and references, salary changes, and terminations
- Taking calls from employees and managers, signposting them to documents or to HR Advisors and HR Business Partners
- Assisting in the development and maintenance of administrative systems and procedures
- Maintaining and administering the HRSC inbox
- Providing accurate and timely data/information to key stakeholders
- Assisting the HR Services Manager and wider HR team with HR projects where required
Requirements:
- Proven experience of working within a similar environment is desirable
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and be professional at all times
- Experience in customer service
- Excellent organisation and communication skills
- Flexibility, with a 'can-do' approach
- Customer-focused with excellent service skills
