HR Systems Administrator

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced HR Systems Administrator to join our team at Ntrinsic Consulting. As an HR Systems Administrator, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of our HR Payroll Systems, including Oracle and iTrent. You will also provide comprehensive support and systems administration for these systems, ensuring they are running smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage the HR Payroll Systems, including Oracle and iTrent
* Provide support and systems administration for these systems
* Diagnose and resolve problems within the systems
* Work with the Systems Team to support system upgrades, requests for change, and system enhancements
* Onboard new HR & Payroll customers
* Travel to client sites as required
* Report writing and running in Oracle and Business Objects
* Design, develop, and present training materials and user guides
* Administer and configure new functionality and fix issues
Essential Skills and Attributes:
* Experience working with Oracle and iTrent
* Excellent command of MS Excel
* English and Mathematics at GCSE Level or equivalent
* Good understanding of HR or Payroll policy and process
* Extensive experience in providing system administration support and development
* Analytical approach to problem solving
* Excellent interpersonal skills
* Good overall knowledge of top-level associated processes across Oracle Fusion Module impacting payroll
