About the Role
We are looking for a highly experienced Senior Regulatory Specialist to join our team at eToro. As a key member of our governance and oversight function, you will play a critical role in ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and maintaining a robust risk management framework. Your primary responsibility will be to provide strategic advice to the Board and executive management on regulatory matters, including emerging trends and developments. You will also oversee the design and implementation of compliance monitoring programs, ensure timely submission of regulatory reports, and advise on complex regulatory issues. Additionally, you will be responsible for managing a small team of compliance professionals and collaborating with internal stakeholders to identify and mitigate regulatory risks. The ideal candidate will have prior experience as a Head of Compliance or equivalent, with a deep understanding of regulatory frameworks, risk management systems, and payment regulations. Strong communication and presentation skills are essential, as you will be required to engage with senior management, external advisors, and regulatory bodies. Estimated salary: £150,000 - £220,000 per year.
