Job Title: Pharmacy Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Pharmacy Manager to join our team at Redefined Ltd. As a Pharmacy Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of professionals in a community pharmacy setting, driving commercial success, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leadership and Management: Lead a team of pharmacy professionals, providing guidance, support, and development opportunities to ensure the success of the pharmacy.
  • Commercial Acumen: Develop and implement strategies to maximize profit through the achievement of targets, including NHS pharmacy funding and stock management.
  • Operational Excellence: Ensure the pharmacy operates in accordance with GPhC (PSNI) standards, maintaining high standards of patient care and customer service.
  • Team Development: Foster a positive and inclusive team culture, promoting collaboration and open communication among team members.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Preferably with experience of working in a community pharmacy, with a strong understanding of NHS pharmacy funding and commercial principles.
  • Leadership Qualities: Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team to achieve exceptional results.
  • Commercial Awareness: A deep understanding of commercial principles and the ability to develop and implement strategies to drive business growth.
