About the Job:

Better Rehab is seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to join our team in Australia. This is a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, delivering high-quality care to our participants.

Job Description:

  • Conduct assessments and develop therapy plans in diverse settings, including participant homes and community centers.
  • Build strong relationships with participants and their families, understanding their needs and goals.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to share knowledge and ideas, promoting best practice.
  • Enjoy a varied caseload, working on tasks that require creativity, problem-solving, and effective communication.

Requirements:

  • A degree in Occupational Therapy.
  • At least 18 months of clinical experience.

  • A valid full driver's license.
  • Relevant employment checks.
