About the Role:

We are looking for an individual who is passionate about delivering person-centered care and has experience working with children and families in a similar setting. The successful candidate will hold an SVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care (Children & Young People) and HNC, as well as excellent communication skills and the ability to work varied shift patterns, including weekends.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide individualized support to children and young people with complex needs
  • Work collaboratively with the team to develop and implement personalized care plans
  • Communicate effectively with children, young people, and their families
  • Contribute to a safe and supportive environment that promotes the well-being and independence of children and young people
