**About the Company:** Our client, a large and well-established planning consultancy in London, is seeking an experienced Town Planning Associate Director to come in and hit the ground running. They are committed to building and growing their client base and require someone who can lead and manage town planning projects effectively, providing strategic guidance to clients and local authorities.

**Key Responsibilities:**
  • Lead and oversee town planning projects, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and delivering high-quality outcomes for clients.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, local authorities, and stakeholders.
  • Mentor and develop junior staff, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional development.
  • Contribute to business development efforts, including client engagement, proposal development, and networking activities.

Requirements:
* Significant experience in town planning, with a proven track record in a consultancy environment.
* In-depth knowledge of planning legislation, policies, and procedures.
* Strong leadership and project management skills, with the ability to deliver results on time and within budget.
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills, both written and verbal.

Salary and Benefits:
* Salary: £75,000 - £85,000 per annum
