WEA Planning is looking for a driven town planner to join our growing team.

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a talented and ambitious town planner to join a highly successful and growing consultancy for their North London office.

This is a position requiring some experience in the UK Town Planning sector and key duties for the role includes:

- Attending site visits;
- Ability to work independently, keeping to project deadlines and maintaining a very high standard of work and delivery.
- Must possess excellent report writing and analytical skills.
- Keeping up to date on all planning legislation and potential changes in the industry, including local plans, whilst maintaining a logbook of all work carried out for future submission.
- Ideally you will be a sociable person who is happy to engage with clients.

In order to be considered, the successful Assistant/Town Planner must**:Have achieved a good academic record with a relevant degree and a post graduate qualification in planning or a planning related discipline.**
- Ideally have at least 1 year of experience within UK Town Planning.
- Be driven, motivated and passionate about Town Planning.
- Driven to contribute to the business development of the company.

**Salary**: £24,000.00-£32,000.00 per year
