About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Senior Care Assistant to join our team at Barchester Healthcare Ltd. As a Senior Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality, person-centred care and support to our residents.

Your Responsibilities
  • Supervise and inspire a team of dedicated Care Assistants
  • Support the clinical team in specific areas, such as medication, assessments, care plans, and care reviews
  • Respect the dignity and preferences of our residents and contribute to creating a warm, welcoming, and vibrant environment
About You

To be successful in this role, you will need to have an NVQ Level 3 or Advanced Diploma in Health & Social Care and specific knowledge of clinical care for the elderly. You should be warm-hearted, compassionate, and committed to providing individualised care and support to our residents.
