Residential Building Surveyor Opportunity

We are delighted to be instructed by an independent building consultancy with a national presence, seeking a skilled Residential Building Surveyor to join their team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for conducting building surveys, primarily in the residential sector, with some Homebuyers work.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carry out building surveys with a focus on residential properties.
  • Work with a national team of surveyors, specializing in residential sector advice.
  • Geographical patch: Reading and surrounding areas.
  • No timesheets or administrative tasks.
  • Opportunity for career progression to Partnership.

Requirements:

  • MRICS/FRICS qualification (AssocRICS considered).
  • Wide experience of structural and building defects.
  • Commercial building surveyors looking to transition to residential sector considered.
