Residential Building Surveyor Opportunity

We are delighted to be instructed by an independent building consultancy seeking a skilled Residential Building Surveyor to join their national team. This home-based opportunity offers flexibility and the chance to work with a wide range of residential properties.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Carry out building surveys with some Homebuyers (no residential valuations)
  • Work within the Reading and surrounding area
  • No timesheets or administrative tasks
  • Opportunity for progression to Partnership
Requirements:
  • MRICS/FRICS qualification (AssocRICS considered)
  • Experience of structural and building defects
  • Commercial building surveyors welcome to apply
