Opportunity

We are a well-established, independent and ambitious firm of Chartered Building Surveyors providing building surveys nationwide. Our team is expanding in the Reading area, and we are looking for an experienced Building Surveyor to join us.

The Role

As a Building Surveyor with Allcott Associates LLP, you will be responsible for carrying out Level 3 and Level 2 home surveys and other related works for residential clients in and around Reading. You will have the opportunity to work on a diverse range of projects, from Georgian and Victorian properties to new builds and Grade II listed cottages.

The Ideal Candidate

We are looking for a RICS chartered building surveyor or an experienced AssocRICS surveyor with a thorough understanding of building defects, maintenance, and repairs. You will need to have experience of RICS residential building surveys, a wide range of structural and building defects, and preparing and presenting comprehensive, accurate survey reports.
