Incident Management Professional

We are seeking a skilled Incident Management Coordinator to join our Mansfield team. This role is an excellent chance for someone looking to develop their career and become a valued member of the team.
The ideal candidate will be positive, enthusiastic, and able to provide a premium service to clients. They should have the ability to work independently or within a team when required.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Log and distribute reactive calls to engineers in line with SLAs/KPIs.
2. Liaise with site engineers to ensure jobs are responded to and updated in real time.
3. Process completed paperwork and take action where necessary.
Salary and Benefits:
