Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team in Llantristant. As a Support Worker, you will be responsible for providing therapeutic care and support to adults with learning disabilities, enabling them to live as independently as possible.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide individualized support to adults with learning disabilities
  • Assist with daily living tasks, such as personal care and meal preparation
  • Encourage and support residents to engage in activities and hobbies
  • Monitor and record resident conditions, ensuring their safety and well-being

Requirements:

  • At least 6 months experience of working within a social care setting
  • Hold a current Enhanced DBS on the update service or are willing to obtain one
  • The right to work in the UK
  • Full UK Driver's License
