About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Adult Learning Disability Support Worker to join our team at Vetro Social Care. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting adults with learning disabilities to live independently and achieve their goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide therapeutic care and support to individuals with complex needs
  • Assist with daily living tasks and promote independence
  • Work collaboratively with a multi-disciplinary team to develop and implement care plans
  • Monitor and record patient conditions, ensuring accurate and timely reporting
Requirements
  • Desire to create positive outcomes for adults with learning disabilities
  • Empathetic and caring nature, with a resilient approach to challenging situations
  • Full UK driving license and ability to transport individuals
  • At least 6 months' experience in a social care setting
  • Current Enhanced DBS on the update service or willingness to obtain one
  • Right to work in the UK
