Quality Senior Lead

The Quality Senior Lead will support the Quality Manager in ensuring high standards of care and support are delivered safely within all services, meeting statutory and quality compliance requirements.

This role requires analysis and interpretation of complex information to devise plans and approaches to resolve issues. The post holder will support the development of quality reports and audits for inspections and meetings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a team of Quality Administrators, ensuring supervisory responsibilities are carried out to a high standard when the Quality Manager is off.

• Support the Quality Manager in completing administration tasks, ensuring documents are accurate and up-to-date.

• Prepare for annual inspections with Connected Health Board members, RQIA, and Trust, supporting Registered Managers to collate data and access information.

• Compile reports, including fortnightly, monthly, quarterly, and annual reports, and business & KPI reporting.

• Manage NISCC applications and registration across Domiciliary Care and Supported Living.

• Implement and monitor reports for Area Managers, Regional Managers, and Registered Managers, highlighting issues to the Director of Care.

• Support the Quality Manager in completing Quality Monitoring Reports, collating data from relevant departments in a timely manner.

• Implement the induction process for Area Managers, Regional Managers, and Registered Managers, ensuring all relevant departments are aware of expectations.

Key Skills/Experience:

• 12 months previous administration/compliance experience essential, in a healthcare setting desirable.

• Communication skills, ability to deal with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.

• Problem-solving and attention to detail.

• Ability to work individually and as part of a team.

• Highly efficient in MS Office systems, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and SharePoint.

• Experience of compiling and presenting reports.
