**Compliance and Quality Management Role**

The goal of this position is to assist the Quality Manager in ensuring high standards of care and support are delivered safely across all services, adhering to statutory and quality compliance requirements.

This role involves supporting the Quality Manager in providing a comprehensive quality compliance and improvement service, overseeing the Domiciliary Care business and Supported Living.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing a team of Quality Administrators, ensuring supervisory responsibilities are carried out to a high standard when the Quality Manager is absent.
  • Supporting the Quality Manager in the day-to-day operations of the quality department, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of documents.
  • Preparing for annual inspections with Connected Health Board members, RQIA, and Trust, supporting Registered Managers to collate data and access information during inspections.
  • Compiling fortnightly, monthly, quarterly, and annual reports, as well as business and KPI reporting.
  • Managing NISCC applications and registration across Domiciliary Care and Supported Living.
  • Implementing and monitoring reports for Area Managers, Regional Managers, and Registered Managers, highlighting issues to the Director of Care.
  • Supporting the Quality Manager in completing Quality Monitoring Reports, collating relevant data from departments in a timely manner.
  • Implementing the induction process for Area Managers, Regional Managers, and Registered Managers, ensuring all departments are aware of their role in the process.

**Key Skills and Experience Required:**

  • 12 months of previous administration/compliance experience, with a healthcare setting being desirable.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to deal with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
  • Problem-solving and attention to detail, with the ability to work individually and as part of a team.
  • Highly efficient in MS Office systems, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and SharePoint.
  • Experience in compiling and presenting reports.
