About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Agile Coach/Delivery Manager Mentor to join our dynamic team at Join Momentum. As a leading tech company specializing in innovative software solutions, we are committed to creating innovative applications that drive progress and empower businesses worldwide.

Responsibilities
  1. Facilitate agile transformation and provide guidance to interns as they navigate their career paths.
  2. Share your industry knowledge and expertise to help interns achieve their professional goals.
  3. Monitor performance and provide feedback to ensure interns are on track to meet their objectives.
  4. Align delivery with business goals and promote agile best practices and culture.
Requirements
  1. Comprehensive knowledge of Agile frameworks (such as Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe) and principles.
  2. Proven experience in agile transformation and ability to lead, mentor, and develop teams.
  3. Strong verbal and written communication skills and up-to-date industry knowledge.
  4. Available to work 30 minutes per week with a flexible schedule.
