Agile Transformation Expert

We are seeking a seasoned Agile Transformation Expert to join our team at Join Momentum. As a leading talent development consultancy, we empower individuals and partner with businesses to grow and scale digital talents.
Key Responsibilities- Facilitate Agile Transformation: Lead the implementation of agile methodologies and frameworks to drive business agility and improve delivery.
- Career Guidance and Growth: Provide mentorship and guidance to help individuals achieve their career goals and develop their skills in business analysis.
- Performance Monitoring and Feedback: Regularly monitor performance and provide constructive feedback to ensure individuals are meeting their goals and objectives.
- Align Delivery with Business Goals: Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure that delivery is aligned with business objectives and goals.
- Promote Agile Best Practices and Culture: Foster a culture of agility and promote best practices throughout the organization.
- Comprehensive Knowledge of Agile Frameworks: Possess in-depth knowledge of agile frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe.
- Proven Experience in Agile Transformation: Demonstrate a proven track record of successful agile transformation projects.
- Proven Ability to Lead, Mentor, and Develop Teams: Possess strong leadership and mentoring skills to lead and develop high-performing teams.
- Strong Verbal and Written Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills to effectively communicate with stakeholders and team members.
- Up-to-Date Industry Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices.
- Available to Work 30 Minutes per Week with a Flexible Schedule: Be available to work a minimum of 30 minutes per week with a flexible schedule.
