We are looking for an Agile Coach/Delivery Manager Mentor to provide guidance, share industry knowledge, and support interns as they navigate their career paths.
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate agile transformation and ensure seamless delivery of projects.
- Provide career guidance and growth opportunities to interns.
- Monitor performance and provide constructive feedback.
- Align delivery with business goals and objectives.
- Promote agile best practices and culture within the organization.
Requirements
- Comprehensive knowledge of Agile frameworks (such as Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe) and principles.
- Proven experience in agile transformation and team leadership.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Up-to-date industry knowledge and expertise.
- Available to work 30 minutes per week with a flexible schedule.
