Our Agile Coach Opportunity

We're seeking an experienced Agile Coach to support our digital transformation journey. As an Agile Coach, you'll play a key role in helping our teams adopt Agile values, principles, and ways of working.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and drive transformation change initiatives to increase the pace of value delivery, partnering with key stakeholders.
  • Coach senior leaders and stakeholders to understand Agile principles and values, helping to change the bank's culture and mindsets.
  • Build Agile culture and mindsets in the bank, fostering a supportive and collaborative environment.
  • Assess teams and coach them to become high-performing, delivering value quickly and securely.
  • Choose the right Agile framework and practice for each team, increasing productivity and driving continuous improvement.
  • Teach and facilitate teams to achieve higher levels of Agile maturity, focusing on business and customer outcomes.
  • Secure strong buy-in to Agile from product owners, release train managers, stakeholders, and senior leaders.
  • Mentor and coach colleagues, teams, and stakeholders up to executive level in adopting Agile values and principles.
  • Identify organisational and system impediments, and help resolve them.
  • Continuously learn and evolve with the latest knowledge, concepts, and best practices around Agile and its associated frameworks.
  • Embed Agile and engineering metrics to empower teams with data.

Requirements

  • Experience working in an Agile team and understanding of Agile frameworks and techniques.
  • Knowledge of Lean and Git software, technology development, modern development practices, and tools.
  • Certification such as Certified Agile Leadership, Certified Agile Coach, or equivalent qualification.
