Cricket Development Officer

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Cricket Development Officer (Clubs) to join our Executive team at Leicester-Shire & Rutland Sport (LRS). The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering and executing our cricket participation strategy, working closely with our partners and stakeholders to create new places to play and improve cricketing experiences across the County.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement a place-based strategy to create new places to play cricket across the County, while supporting current participants to thrive.
- Champion equity, diversity, and inclusivity through actions and behaviours, ensuring that cricket is accessible to all.
- Build strong relationships with our partners and stakeholders, including clubs, schools, and community groups, to deliver partnerships that benefit more people.
- Empower volunteers across Leicester, Leicestershire, and Rutland to improve lives through cricket-related experiences, building cricket advocacy within our communities.
- Support the delivery of our cricket participation strategy, working closely with our Executive team to achieve our ambitions.
