Job Title: Internal Sales Executive

Wilson Recruitment Ltd is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Internal Sales Executive to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, driving sales growth, and maintaining strong relationships with our clients.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Provide customers with knowledgeable, friendly, and dependable service, while optimizing branch sales and gross profit.
  • Operate with efficiency and accuracy, even under pressure.
  • Maintain and develop the company's culture, customer satisfaction, trade counter, and delivery service.
  • Deliver excellent customer service and sales support, both in person and over the phone.
  • Serve customers face-to-face at the trade counter.
  • Assemble customer orders and perform other warehouse duties as needed.
  • Handle general office tasks, including filing and scanning.
  • Take on additional duties as requested.
  • Manage account ownership and update CRM systems.
