Support Professional for Vulnerable Children

**Job Description**
We are seeking a skilled Support Professional to work as a Waking Night Residential Support Worker in our residential children's home in Steeton. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of the children we care for.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide quality care and support to young people during waking nights.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement care plans that meet individual needs.
- Contribute to creating a safe and supportive environment by adhering to health and safety protocols.
Requirements:
- Experience working with children and young people in a residential setting.
- Full manual driving licence.
- Desirable but not essential criteria: QCF L3 / L4 Residential Childcare or NVQ3 Children & Young People (or Equivalent).
Salary and Benefits:
- Competitive salary of £12.90-£13.25 per hour (rising to £13.25 after probation), depending on qualifications.
