Vulnerable Adult Support Specialist Job Opportunity

P4 Recruitment Ltd is currently recruiting for a Vulnerable Adult Support Specialist to join our team in Skipton. This is a permanent position offering a competitive salary of £28,000 per annum, depending on experience.

The successful candidate will work closely with vulnerable adults, their families, and other stakeholders to provide tailored support services, helping them to achieve their goals and improve their overall well-being.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To deliver high-quality support services, focusing on individual needs and preferences.
  • To work collaboratively with the care team to ensure seamless delivery of support services.
  • To identify and address any risks or concerns, prioritizing safeguarding and maintaining a safe environment.
  • To contribute to the development of the team, sharing expertise and knowledge to enhance the quality of care provided.
  • To communicate effectively with colleagues, service users, and other stakeholders, promoting a positive work culture.

Essential Requirements:

  • NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care or equivalent qualification.
  • An understanding of the principles of person-centred care and a commitment to delivering high-quality support services.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with colleagues and service users.
  • A valid driving licence and access to a vehicle, as regular travel is required.
