We are seeking a skilled and empathetic Waking Night Support Worker to join our team in Steeton. As a Waking Night Support Worker, you will work closely with our team to provide 24-hour support to young people, ensuring their physical, emotional, and psychological needs are met. Your primary responsibility will be to maintain a safe and secure environment, promoting a sense of belonging and well-being among residents.
Responsibilities
• Provide overnight support to young people, facilitating their daily routines and activities
• Maintain accurate records of incidents, accidents, and medication administration
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement personalized care plans
• Establish and maintain positive relationships with young people, families, and external agencies
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
• A valid driving license and willingness to drive company vehicles
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
