We are seeking an exceptional Strategic HE Programmes Manager to lead our Institute of Technology (IoT) provision at MidKent College. As a key member of the college's leadership team, you will drive forward-thinking curriculum development, implement innovative teaching and learning strategies, and ensure high-quality student outcomes.
Key Accountabilities- Develop and implement curriculum plans that align with the college's strategic objectives.
- Design and deliver training programmes to support staff development and improvement.
- Monitor and evaluate programme effectiveness, making recommendations for improvement.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including employers, universities, and industry partners.
- Manage designated budgets and resources, ensuring efficient use and maximizing value.
A highly organized and motivated individual with a proven track record in curriculum management, leadership, and stakeholder engagement is required.
