Job Summary

We are seeking an exceptional Strategic HE Programmes Manager to lead our Institute of Technology (IoT) provision at MidKent College. As a key member of the college's leadership team, you will drive forward-thinking curriculum development, implement innovative teaching and learning strategies, and ensure high-quality student outcomes.

Key Accountabilities
  1. Develop and implement curriculum plans that align with the college's strategic objectives.
  2. Design and deliver training programmes to support staff development and improvement.
  3. Monitor and evaluate programme effectiveness, making recommendations for improvement.
  4. Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including employers, universities, and industry partners.
  5. Manage designated budgets and resources, ensuring efficient use and maximizing value.

A highly organized and motivated individual with a proven track record in curriculum management, leadership, and stakeholder engagement is required.
