We are currently looking for a highly motivated CPD and SCITT Programme Manager to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the CPD and SCITT programme across primary and secondary schools, working closely with the central team to identify CPD needs and develop strategies to meet them.

Main responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing a CPD strategy that aligns with the Trust's Business Plan and school improvement priorities.
  • Collaborating with the central team to review CPD requirements.
  • Leading the Trust's SCITT programme in both phases, overseeing the training and development of ECTs.
  • Managing the work of the CPD/Training & Development Coordinator.

This is a fixed-term contract for one year, starting on 01 September 2024, offering a competitive annual salary of around £69,000, based on experience.

A deep understanding of education and CPD is essential for this position. The successful candidate will possess excellent leadership and communication skills.
