Male Children and Family Support Worker

We are seeking a highly motivated and empathetic support worker to provide care and support to children, families, and carers within their homes and communities.

About the Role
  • This role involves assisting with daily routines, offering mentoring support, and helping families and young people overcome challenges.
  • Responsibilities include providing supervised contact, hospital support, and confidence-building activities.
  • This position requires flexibility, with shifts available during the day, night, and weekends.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in support work is preferred, with previous experience working with children and young people essential.
  • The ability to work with children who have challenging behaviour is also required.
