We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Foster Care Support Specialist to join our team at PP Associates Ltd.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing supervision and support to foster carers, ensuring the well-being and safety of children in their care. This will involve conducting regular home visits and assessments to monitor the quality of care provided by foster families.

In addition to maintaining accurate records and documentation, you will collaborate with local authority child care teams to coordinate services and support for foster placements. Your ability to build positive relationships with foster carers and children will be essential in this role.

We have a hybrid model of working that includes a minimum of two days working in the office. The ideal candidate will possess strong knowledge of fostering regulations and legislation, as well as experience in safeguarding and fostering.

Key Responsibilities:

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience
