Our company is seeking an experienced Director of Environmental Impact Assessment to join our team. As a key member of our EIA team, you will be responsible for leading the preparation of EIA screening and scoping reports, environmental assessments/Environmental Statements, and supporting assessments and documents, including technical review of specialist chapters.

You will work closely with our technical experts, including our in-house marine ecology team, to identify environmental constraints, avoid and mitigate impacts, and deliver benefits for our clients. Your role will require a critical eye for detail to ensure that our deliverables are produced to the highest quality standards and compliance with our rigorous quality management procedures.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in environmental impact assessment, a deep understanding of marine consenting and licensing regimes around the UK and Ireland, and excellent project management skills, including programming, staff resource, and budget management. They will also have a commitment to innovation and continuing professional development, as well as interest in line management duties and staff mentoring.

We offer a competitive salary of £90,000 - £140,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including hybrid working options, flexible pension schemes, and access to ongoing training and development opportunities.
