Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Project Director to lead our civil and environmental development projects. As a key member of our project management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of major projects across the environmental consultancy sector.

You will work closely with our clients to understand their needs and develop effective project plans that meet their objectives. Your expertise in project budget management, including invoicing, will be essential in ensuring the financial success of our projects.

With a strong background in Prince 2 and its application in a commercial environment, you will lead a team of professionals to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Salary:

The estimated salary for this role is £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Minimum 2 years' experience delivering environmental or ecology projects
  • Good understanding and practical experience of Prince2 and its application in a commercial environment
  • Significant experience of co-ordinating and delivering projects, financials, major resources, including team and third party suppliers
  • Preparing H&S Risk Assessments and Method Statements
  • Project budget management including invoicing
  • Degree or equivalent in a business or management related subject
