Assistant Food and Beverage Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Food and Beverage Manager to join our team at DoubleTree by Hilton Dartford Bridge. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for supporting the Food and Beverage Manager in delivering exceptional guest experiences and ensuring the smooth operation of our food and beverage outlets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the Food and Beverage Manager in managing the day-to-day operations of our food and beverage outlets
  • Deliver exceptional levels of customer service and ensure guest satisfaction
  • Manage and train the food and beverage team to ensure they meet brand standards
  • Work within budgeted guidelines to minimize food and beverage costs
  • Support with beverage control procedures and stocktaking
  • Maximize sales and revenue opportunities across food and beverage
  • Support with appraisals and performance reviews for team members
  • Evaluate guest satisfaction levels and implement continuous improvement initiatives
