About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Manager to join our team at Savers. As a key member of our store leadership team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and developing your team members.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and motivate a high-performing sales team to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth and improve profitability
  • Manage store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and store maintenance
  • Collaborate with the store management team to achieve business objectives and improve store performance
  • Recruit, train, and develop sales team members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed

Requirements
  • 1+ years of retail management experience
  • Excellent delegation skills to get the job done
  • Ability to build a routine and seek out opportunities to maximise sales
