Job Overview

In this role, you will assist the Store Manager in the day-to-day running of the store, taking ownership of various duties while ensuring the store's Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) are achieved. In the Manager's absence, you will be the first point of contact, motivating the workforce to drive sales and offer exceptional customer service while exceeding targets and maintaining business standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Ensure customers receive considerate and responsible service throughout their visit, addressing inquiries and complaints in a professional manner.
  • Sales: Achieve and, where possible, exceed sales targets, utilizing in-store devices and analyzing Footfall, Average Transaction Value (ATV), and Conversion.
  • Visual Merchandising: Attract and engage customers using the latest visual techniques, ensuring merchandise is correctly priced, and POS is accurately displayed.
  • Training & Development: Develop internal staff, promote progression within the group, and assist with store recruitment, new starter inductions, and staff training.
Requirements
  • Retail management experience.
  • Excellent time management skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • IT skills - Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
