  • Ensure that store appearance and standards are maintained, including visual merchandising and stock management.
  • Assist with training and development of store staff, including new starter inductions and staff training.
Requirements
  • Previous retail management experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
