Sales Development Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced German Speaking Sales Development Representative to join our team at Unicorn Resourcing Limited. As a Sales Development Representative, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by generating a strong sales pipeline with new and existing customers in the DACH, Nordics, and Eastern Europe territories.
Key Responsibilities:- Identify and research target accounts and personnel to effectively carry out prospecting activities that generate a pipeline of sales opportunities.
- Understand and communicate the value of our High-Performance KVM products for each customer use case.
- Develop close working relationships with local distribution and reseller partners.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to execute prospecting activities and promotions around new product launches, events, and other initiatives.
- Qualify and progress new sales opportunities, following up on leads generated through marketing campaigns.
- Manage and maintain a pipeline of prospects and sales opportunities, ensuring consistent follow-through.
- Host face-to-face meetings with customers at events and visit reseller sales floors.
- Fully utilize CRM and other technology tools to maximize effectiveness.
- 2 years of experience working in a B2B sales environment.
- Native German ideally but you must be fluent/bilingual in German.
- Strong desire to succeed in technology sales and advance to field sales roles.
- Ability to gain prospects' attention through unique and insightful contact using telephone, e-mail, and other communication tools.
- Demonstrated confidence, persistence, and curiosity required for sales development.
- Positive team player with excellent communication skills and telephone presence.
- Self-motivated, able to work independently, and willing to stretch beyond office hours when necessary.
