Main Responsibilities:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Executive to join our team at Keepmoat. The successful candidate will work closely with the Sales Manager to achieve sales and financial targets, providing a professional service to customers and potential customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support customers through the buying process, both in person and via communication.
  • Maintain contact with customers to keep them updated on promotions and progress.
  • Ensure standard follow-up procedures are adhered to and respond to customer complaints and issues.
  • Work closely with third parties, such as banks and solicitors, to progress sales to completion.
  • Open and maintain the show home, ensuring it is presented to a high standard.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience working in a similar position, using sales and negotiation skills to build relationships with customers.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with different types of people.
  • Collaborative and flexible, with a progressive mindset and ability to see the bigger picture.
  • Education to GCSE or equivalent standard in English and Maths.
  • Formal sales/customer service specific qualifications desirable.
