About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Cloud Sales Manager to join our team at Cloud People. As a Cloud Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate leads and close new business opportunities within existing clients and new logos.
  • Maintain clients through excellent customer care and strong negotiation.
  • Forecast and track key account metrics to ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions.
  • Maintain accurate records in the CRM and pipeline.
  • Serve as the lead point of contact for all client account management matters.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive repeat business and referrals.
  • Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximise profits and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts to drive long-term growth and loyalty.
  • Communicate progress of initiatives to stakeholders and ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions.
  • Prepare reports on account status to inform business decisions and drive growth.
  • Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.

  • Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
