As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our customers through face-to-face interactions, live chat, and phone support.
Key Responsibilities- Provide solutions to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Utilize our in-house CRM system to manage customer interactions and transactions.
- Top up customers' gas and electric meters, share energy efficiency tips, and handle PayPoint and Payzone transactions.
- Work towards sales and service goals, promoting our products and services to customers.
- Collaborate with local charities and organizations, making a positive impact on the community.
We are looking for a positive and solution-focused individual with a can-do attitude. Previous experience in a customer-focused role is advantageous, but not essential. You will be able to adapt to different customer contact channels and provide exceptional service in a fast-paced environment.
