Location: Leicester

Salary: £25,272 (Pro-Rata) £12,636 based on 20 hours per week

We are seeking a positive and solution-focused individual to join our team in our Leicester Retail Hub. As an Energy Expert, you will interact with customers through face-to-face, telephony, and live chat, providing exceptional customer service and resolving queries in a timely manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide top-notch customer service, addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Utilize our in-house CRM system to manage customer interactions and ensure seamless communication.
  • Work towards sales and service goals, promoting our products and services to customers.
  • Collaborate with local charities and organizations, making a positive impact in the community.
  • Adapt to changing situations, switching between face-to-face interactions, live chat, and phone support as needed.

Requirements:

  • Positive and solution-focused attitude, with a can-do approach to customer service.
  • Ability to adapt to changing situations and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Previous experience in a customer-focused role, either face-to-face or telephony, is advantageous.
